# Who is eligible for InstantVAT?

InstantVAT is a tax payment solution designed to speed up VAT refunds for UK businesses.

**Who’s eligible?**

- **All UK VAT-registered businesses** automatically qualify.
- Businesses of any size with VAT refunds—no minimum or maximum refund amount.

**Who’s not eligible?**

- Businesses that are **not VAT-registered**, as they do not submit VAT returns.

If your business is VAT-registered in the UK, you're automatically eligible for faster, more efficient VAT refund payments with InstantVAT.
